Some of my favorite memories began in the kitchen with my mom. At just 12 years old, I fell in love with baking—not because of the sweet treats, but because of the magic behind them. I was fascinated by how simple ingredients could transform into something beautiful through the science of baking. Ironically, math was never my strongest subject in school…but somehow measuring, scaling recipes, and calculating baker’s percentages became my favorite kind of math!

In 2020, Delish.E.Sweets officially came to life during one of the most uncertain times our world has faced. While celebrations looked different, I was honored to help families continue creating meaningful moment through custom cakes, cookies and desserts. I learned that dessert has a special way of bringing comfort, joy, and connection when people need it most.

Our journey continued to grow in 2021 when we joined the Scissortail farmers market, where we’ve had the privilege of serving our local community and building relationships with so many wonderful families. Along the way Delish.E.Sweets has been featured in the Oklahoma Gazette, Edible Okc Magazine, and in 2024, I had the incredible honor of appearing on Fox 25 to share my passion for baking while highlighting both my business and the amazing Scissortail Farmers Market community.

The same year marked another dream come true as we transformed our garage into a full bakery kitchen—creating a space where creativity and craftsmanship could truly flourish. And now, we’re taking our next exciting step with the addition of our very own Mobile Bakery trailer, allowing us to bring Delish.E.Sweets to even more celebrations throughout Oklahoma .

Today our mission remains the same as it was when I first started baking beside my mom: to create desserts that are as meaningful as the moments they’re made for. Every cake, cookies and desserts is handcrafted with passion, artistry, and attention to detail because we believe the sweetest memories are made when family, friends, and community gather around something made with love.
